Troy Clair is the Founder and CEO of STRATEGY HQ, an advisory firm that empowers brands to "Win the Future" by helping businesses engage their most critical stakeholders and offering career coaching to professionals.
As a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience as a real estate investor and business owner, Troy has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing small and medium-sized businesses. He has coached SMBs across the country, collaborated with local and national chambers of commerce, and built partnerships that drive growth.
Troy has played pivotal roles in initiatives such as promoting the Amazon Black Business Accelerator and launching the Instacart Business Program, showcasing his ability to amplify the impact of businesses at both local and national levels.
A trusted advisor to public and private sector executives, Troy develops innovative strategies that enable companies and nonprofits to grow, build a positive brand reputation, achieve sustainability goals, and make a meaningful impact on their communities.
Troy is a thought leader on topics ranging from technology and politics to personal and professional development. He has given speeches and led workshops for more than 30 organizations. Troy graduated cum laude from Duke University as a Harry S. Truman Scholar.
